CF231 IS PROUD TO "SPOTLIGHT"
"ATHLETE OF THE MONTH" FOR SEPTEMBER 2017
Here at CrossFit 231 the 5:30am class has gone through its ups and downs but you can count on seeing Joann Bello there. Joann Bello has been a loyal 5:30am peep pretty much since the day the gym opened. In fact, Joann is considered one of our founding members. She is loyal, dedicated, consistent and determined. Since joining, Joann has made major improvement in her strength and endurance. Joann has gone from not knowing what a snatch was (let alone an Olympic bar) to demonstrating cleans and snatches and other Olympic lifts with great proficiency. Like I said before, it’s Joann’s consistency, her dedication to try anything new. She is very loyal and is a great asset to the gym.
