If you attend the am classes you are more than likely to run into Keeley Harris. Keeley is a mother to three adult children and grandmother of 2. Yes grandmother....... When you see her in the gym doing handstand push ups or snatching the bar overhead she appears ageless. Keely's determination and desire to improve as a Crossfitter separates her from most individuals in her age group. As coaches, sometimes we look to modify a movement for the athlete, Keeley often says "let me give it a try, and if I can't i'll modify". She has an excellent understanding of what movements are within her capabilities and which are not. That doesn't mean for a moment she doesn't push herself during each and every session. We have noticed the gains in strength, flexibility and cardio that Keely has made over the past two years at CF231. We are very fortunate to have Keeley as a member CF231, she is an inspiration to us all.
Get to know Keely a little better .......
