Starting It Out Right
Happy New Year CF 231!! I've been asked by several members if there was going to be some sort of New Years challenge. So I put together a Challenge for the new year. It's a 30 day challenge that will start Jan 7th and end Feb 7th. Measurements and weight will be taken when I'm coaching. Starting on Saturday and Sunday, before and after class, Monday morning and night, Tuesday morning, and Wednesday morning and night. You will get a packet explaining the challenge. Winner of the Challenge will receive one month free. Let's jump start 2016 right!
